The Pipeclay Tawny is one of Mudgee’s finest products made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes. Smooth and rich on the palate with a firm finish. It is a splendid drink to accompany a good yarn. Made in the traditional Solera method using wine up to 25 years old and matured in large oak vats.

Bouquet of raisins and dry figs supported by mature old oak. Smooth and mellow on the palate with a firm finish.

The Pipeclay Tawny is already aged and mellow and can cellar for up to 20 years.
